Access is part of the quote
Photos should show the whole elevation, not only a close-up of dirty glass. Include upper windows, narrow passages, sloping ground and anything obstructing access. Cleaning above ground level is subject to suitable equipment and a safe working position.
High-rise abseiling is outside this service. Glass replacement, failed glazing seals, scratched panes and frame repairs are separate work; cleaning does not repair those defects.

Do you clean the inside and outside?
Either or both can be included. The quote should identify the sides, frames, sills and tracks so there is no assumption about what a window clean covers.
Can you clean upper-storey windows?
Upper windows need an access assessment before acceptance. Include clear exterior photos and the number of storeys. High-rise abseiling is not included.
Can cleaning remove scratches or repair cloudy double glazing?
No. Scratched glass, failed glazing seals and damaged frames need their own assessment. Tell us about these before booking so cleaning is not mistaken for a repair.
